It's time to expose the hypocrisy of the organizations who oppose the PW Digital Gateway because they are the same ones who supported the taking of 36 acres Brawner Farm land, Pageland Lane, and its farms for the Bi County Parkway 10 years ago!
Where was the concern for the integrity of the "Rural Area" then?
These organizations' motives are all about controlling people's Property Rights, Liberty and Freedom.

The following signatories concurred and supported the BCP – 36 acres to be acquired from MNBP for the BCP to be built through the Brawner Farm and taking private property through eminent domain the length of Pageland Lane:
The hypocrisy of these organizations is astounding. These same organizations who oppose the PW Digital Gateway are the same ones who supported the taking of Brawner Farm land, Pageland Lane, and its farms.
These organizations all about controlling people's Property Rights, Liberty and Freedom.

These same groups also supported a design that would exclude Pageland Lane residents from having access to the BCP by precluding direct access from the BCP to any private driveways and public roads other than I-66 and Route 29, forcing residents to change their travel patterns to lengthy and circuitous routes.
And to add insult to injury, did you know VDOT proposed a partnership with a land conservation organization, in consultation with the NPS to force neighboring properties into conservation easements to achieve the permanent protection/conservation of land located adjacent to MNBP with a budget of pennies on the dollar for the stealing of their land?
