Digital Gateway is the best location for Data Centers in Prince William

The Heritage Hunt Gated Adult Community says data centers should be allowed only in the Data Center Overlay.



Let’s compare allowing new data centers in Digital Gateway (DG) versus 2016 (Lawson/Weir/Schlossberg) The Data Center Overlay (DCO).

Notes:   

 *    55 acres of public parks, trails, wildlife corridor and other protected open space will be located between Heritage Hunt and data centers.

**   Amberleigh Station and Silver Leaf Estates are some of the more impacted neighborhoods, as they directly abut the 2016 Data Center Overlay on three sides.
