The County has major capital facility needs that require significant funding over the next 5-10 years. For example, the proposed Capital Improvements Program for Fiscal years 2024 - 2029 identifies the following high dollar projects. After completion, these facilities will require debt service payments, additional staff and additional operating expenses that current County revenues cannot support.

The good news? Additional data centers in the Digital Gateway planned data center corridor will provide these additional revenues.
